This small shopping center is on a main street, 2 blocks from the street car line on St. Charles and surrounded by a vibrient uptown historic neighborhood. The parking lot is full, all 75 spaces taken, during the busy late afternoon and early evening. Its empty at night, in the morning and on most of the weekend. Our proposal would preserve 70 spaces and animate the long stretch of Prytania with 8 new houses. the ends of the air-rights building would become signs that advertize the stores in the retail center
