The Bank at the corner of these two main uptown streets occupies the corner and has a customer and employee parking lot between the bank and the neighboring houses. Adding 4 units over the parking lot mostly fills the gap that the lot creates on the residential street. From 5pm to 9am the lot is empty and is also on Saturdays and Sundays. The 4 new residents can share this parking with the bank without the slightest issue.
